Air Damper Controlled Three Zone Hot Cold Air Stream Thermal Shock Chamber
As for Air Damper Controlled Three Zone Hot Cold Air Stream Thermal Shock Chamber, the specimens under testing were placed in a static test space and stressed by hot or cold air stream which flowed out from two separated air pre-conditioned zones controlled by air dampers. With a variety of test space volume, MENTEK TS Series three zone thermal shock chamber provides a rapid temperature recovery time and can be used for most type of specimens.
Working Principle
Three Zone Thermal Shock Chamber means the chamber consist of high temperature zone, low temperature zone, and testing zone. The test sample is in static mode. When doing low temperature testing, cold chamber door open, and low-temperature chamber working together with test chamber.When converted into high-temperature test, cold chamber door closed, hot chamber door are opened, and test chamber working together with high-temperature chamber. Conversion of mechanical action (transferring from high temperature to low temperature or low temperature to high temperature) can be completed in less than 1second, and the temperature can be quickly stabilized.During the whole test, test sample is no need to be moved, and without any human intervention.
While Two Zone Thermal Shock Chamber consist of high temperature zone, low temperature zone only. And the test sample is moving up and down along with the built in air-controlled hanging basket.
